INSTALLATION GUIDELINES

At least 24 hour turnaround for quotations
Request for labor, services and/or installations, must be in writing with the appropriate billable party identified. (Purchase Orders)
Post Installation reviews or walk-throughs are to take place at completion of the installation.
A representative of both Preferred Office Installations and your firm should be present.
Service and/or Punch list items are to be ordered by your organization.
Any change or deviations from agreed upon projects will be addressed on a situation basis and will be billed separately.
Any product that will be shipped into the warehouse must be identified prior to shipping (i.e. acknowledgements or edits). This will expedite the scheduling process.
